Week 3:
I'm looking into some translator plug-ins or widgets. Here are two of the widgets that seemed to be working:
Problems:
The problem is that I just want a translator for Chinese only. I don't want that much of other languages. The main languages needed are English and Chinese. Also, when I tested out the translator, it translates the whole page. Some words and the name of the company came out not translated at all.
This week, I am gathering photos for the construction company... it seems that the work portfolio only has about 12 photos of completed projects. I wanted to make a background and slider images with a construction photo, so I need more photos for this project. I might take some photos of tools or go around looking for construction sites.

Competitor Analysis
Week 2:
Today, we went over our technical specs. Mine was mostly about web specs instead, but still had a few good technical spec terms. This week, I am going to add competitor research analysis to make the documentation better. I will add wireframes and sketches soon.. I have an idea to add in the certification license logo on the website.

Pros:
- Sliding content pages
- Images have lightbox to view full site
- Looks professional
- Filter showcase of work in images
Cons:
- Too much content on one page. Might load slow for other users.
- Listed as member of a association, but no logo to certify that. A logo/image would be better.

Technical Brief
Senior Project Development; Spring 2012
Website: FUGNAI CONSTRUCTION CORP
Overview
The goal is to provide an informational website displaying work/portfolio of a small construction company based in San Francisco. The website is also to let the small company well known to the outside world and to clients. There are many non-English speaking clients, so adding a translating or multiple languages plug-in would be good for the website. To certify that the company is genuine, the license board logo and number will be included in the website. Since the photos of the construction work will be added into the website, the photos belong to the owner. We do not want other users to take of save these photos; therefore, a no right-clicking script will be added to the site.

Competitor Analysis
Week 3: Competitor Analysis
This week we research two competitors and analyze their websites. Also, think about 2 things that we can use to make it better than the competitors.
--
Competitor #1: Honey Honey Café and Crepery
Honey Honey Café and Crepery is a small restaurant that offers café and crepery. So not only does it has coffee, they also offer other food such as sandwiches, crepes, salad, soup, burgers, and more. The website has good design layout.
Advantages:
- There is a review section where customers would rate the restaurant.
- Rounded corners for images. Used a good amount of images for some pages.
- Nice design layout overall for the website.
- Great menu page, organized neatly in columns and in headers.
- Some images are small, but enlarged when hover over.
- Great resources on directions page.
- Good navigation
