[Week 3]:
This week's assignment is either creating a captivating preloader or transition. I have no idea what to do yet, but maybe I will include both. I've done a lot research again and looked at examples and demos to help me think what to do. I mostly found Flash websites with interesting preloaders and transitions. Most of them have sounds too!
Example Flash websites of transitions:
Nice change bg themes/dragdrop nav - http://www.infinitcolours.com/

Nice content transitions, sliding - http://www.colorchakra.com/

Content spinning around - http://www.sensisoft.com/

Rotating land, preloader with moving bg, follow mouse - http://www.magnivate.com/flash_us.html

Flash is not the only way to create transitions or preloaders. CSS, JavaScript, or even jQuery can create transitions and preloaders.
After all the research, I decided to increment both a preloader and transitions. I added a lot of images, so that the preloader can load longer with more files. I found a tutorial for making an easy preloader with just CSS and jQuery. So Flash wasn't needed. It is really simple with a transition. I also added a script for changing background image with a transition by clicking on links/buttons. The images should have a script preloader that fades in the images. However, I'm not sure why the loader.gif won't show up, and I can't figure out how to fix it.. Well, when put all together, it looks neat!
