For this assignment, we are supposed to research the different types of website. So for the final, we need to choose a type of website that can entertain and attract viewers. We discussed about what entertainment is in class. ----------
BAND WEBSITE:
Jay Park | http://www.jaypark.com/ Jay Park is a Korean American singer and dancer. The website is very entertaining, especially the background, which changes images every second. Navigation is fun, it slides. I like the transparency on the content area. there is just a lot of information about the artist, so it attracts fans and viewers.
MOVIE WEBSITE:
"The Twilight Saga" is a series of movies. The website has videos and trailers for viewers to watch. The image background and thumbnails of the scenes from the movie attract the viewers.
SHORT ENTERTAINMENT or "SHORT":

Wong Fu Productions is a a group of people making short films and movies for entertainment. They started off from YouTube and had gain interests of many viewers. They have weekend episodes and preview trailers to lure viewers.

The Fail Blog has many users that uploads anything that is a fail. Uploads can be videos, photos, or animated gifs. Most of the posts are hilarious. Users like to share fail moments or posts which are funny, so that is why the Fail Blog attracts many users.
WILDCARD: MANGA

MangaFox is an online reading website for manga and manhwa created by Japanese and Korean manga artists. Manga is like comic, cartoons, and picture reading books. Except, there are no colors, just black and white. Since the website has a lot of scans of manga books, many users use the website to read online.
For the outcome of this assignment, I came up with some navigation or slider called Kwicks. It slides when mouseover an image. I tried to make it as entertaining as possible. It's also colorful.
